Our little Sadie!!

Yay, she is finally here! Born September 2nd at 11:03 p.m. She is a healthy 7lb 5oz 19 1/2 inch long baby. We are so lucky and think she is so beautiful like her big sister. Labor and delivery was so fast and easy. I was only in labor for 4 hours. She is such a good eater. I had her in the nursury both nights, and all the different nurses kept telling us what a big eater she is. They said she ate double the amounts of milk than all the other babies. Much different than Bailee was:) When Bailee came to see her at the hospital she started crying when she saw me holding Sadie. It was so sad. Luckily, Bailee has been staying at my Mom's the past few days. She's just going to make a little visit here tonight, then tommorrow we'll break her into being a big sister. We just got home today, and it's so fun just enjoying her. She has got the biggest eyes ever. And, she is kinda bald on the top, but has hair on the sides and in the back. We are so happy she is here!

Big Mama!

This is for those of you wondering what my tummy looks like. Yes, I am huge, and feeling very unattractive right now. I am 36 weeks, and our baby is 6 1/2 pounds. Since the baby is coming soon, I thought I would be ambitious and decorate my house for the fall. While I was taking a bunch of crap down stairs, I fell and sprained my ankle. I was screaming and crying, and Bailee was upstairs crying saying "Da, Da". So sad! Needless to say, I ended up in the ER. Then I started contracting. So we were at the hospital for 7 hours, thinking this baby was going to come. Luckily they stopped and we went home. Now I have a nice looking black boot to wear. I learned my lesson:)

Her cousins Bobby, Halle, and Maggie, loved her presents more than she did. They were unwrapping them for her and playing with her gifts while she went and wondered around. I also just love that picture of Maggie...too cute!

Happy Birthday Bailee!

She wasn't quite into the birthday thing like I had hoped. She even stared at her cake not knowing what to think. She does like her little princess bike, except she pushes it. At home she will put her baby doll on the seat and then push her around. It is so funny!

I can't believe Bailee is already one. Her birthday was August 6. This year has flown by, and it makes me feel so emotional seeing how fast she has grown. She is sure a precious little girl, and I can't believe how much we love her. Jake always says Bailee is the most loved little girl. I bet all of you with kids feel the same way about yours. Bailee is so full of energy, and loves little kids, so she will be a great big sister. We are getting very excited to have Sadie. Which can be any time now!! Since some of you haven't seen newborn pictures of Bailee, I thought I would post some so that you can see how much she has grown. She was sure a cute little thing!!
