Christmas

Christmas was so much fun this year because Bailee was so excited when she saw that Santa came. I had to buy double of everything, because they fight over everything. The cutest gift I got them was backpacks. They are hilarious! They wear them all the time! They love their chairs as you can see. I thought it was hilarious to see Bailee crossing her legs in her chair. One very fun gift that they got this year, was from my parents. They made a scavenger hunt for the grand kids to go on. Each place they went had a piece to a puzzle. When they put the puzzle together, it announced that my parents are taking everyone to Disneyland in February. What a fun gift! The kids will love it! It was such a fun christmas this year, and it was mostly fun to watch the excitement on the girls faces! The only downfall of the holidays, is that Bailee had a high fever of 104. She was so sick for days. Thankfully, she is all better!

Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve at my parents. The girls were eager to open a gift as you can see. We had dinner, and then my parents gave us a new Christmas book that came with the cutest movie about Christmas, that we watched that night. Afterwards, Bailee started getting a high fever and not acting herself. Little did we know how sick she was going to get, it was really sad.

Christmas Party

To start off, my tree looks horrible behind Bailee because the girls sat and broke most of the ornaments. So I just had to put a few children ornaments up. One day I will have a nice tree:) Anyhow, these pictures were taken at the Parson party. Jake's mom went far out this year. She made the girls a darling quilt, with matching bag to go with it. She made us girls an adorable apron, and then gave us each a cook book where she hand wrote all of her recipes. It was such a neat gift. We appreciate all the time she spent making all of those gifts so special.

Jake's Christmas!

So this Christmas, I thought I would do something out of the ordinary...be really thoughtful:) I decided to do the 12 days of Christmas for Jake. It was a lot of fun, but a lot of work! Since Jake and I NEVER leave our kids because I just don't think they could ever survive without me, I decided to surprise him with night away. This was a huge step for me to leave both my kids for a night. I stressed and stressed over it for a long time (how lame I know). So, for the 10th of day Christmas, we went out to eat at Hamilton's, went and saw Four Christmas's (I've never seen Jake laugh so hard), and then stayed at the Anniversary Inn. Jake's first response when he saw the room was "This is very...interesting." You should have seen his face. However, it was a very fun night, and I enjoyed hanging out with him and sleeping ALL night! And yes, the girls survived and did really well with my parents. I don't know why I worried so much:)

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was so nice. The older I get, the more I like it. As you can tell, Sadie was a camera girl. She always would smile for me. I had the hardest time getting a decent picture of Bailee. That's why their are not a lot of her. In the picture with Grandma, Bailee is wearing a pillow case dress that Grandma made for her. It has cute leggings and a turtle neck that goes with it. All the grandkids got those cute little outfits as a present. I thought they looked so cute. Sadie also decided that she wanted to be wherever poppy was. It was so cute. He is so good to our family! And, that's the best picture we could get as a family. Ah, I wish that little Bailee girl would have smiled:)

Good times

These are some pictures of the girls at the cabin, and with their cute uncles. Wilson was so excited that Sadie would actually let him hold her. And Campbell "uncle camel" had a good time making bailee's fro even bigger. Don't they look alike? And that picture of Sadie in those pants was so cute, I had to just post it.
